Next week I'm talking in a 6th form in oxford about mental health. I think it's very important to raise awareness of issues particularly stress and depression to young people, and to signpost support that is there for them. Many young people turn to drink and drugs before admitting they have a problem, and the stigma around mental health means it is very difficult for a lot of young people to seek constructive help. young people are also at greater risk of suicide and phycosis, and ones they are in a drink/drugs loop it is even harder to get to the root of the problems. I'll let you know how i get on. Trev
