I don't want to start an argument here, but I thought it might be a good idea to disguss some things regarding funding and money in relation to Mental Health services, cuts, etc. I am by no means an expert in this area, and know only that a lot of funding comes through the PCT and the services provided are the best that can be offered with the amount allocated. of course more money would mean more / better services.. but what is being cut that really shouldn't be cut?? how can money be raised to improve services that already exist, and what new services (if any) should be in place to better take care of mental health issues?
