NEWS:CPA Survey by IMPACT Underway

IMPACT (Oxon) has recently begun conducting a CPA (Care Programme Approach) survey of service users. We need lots of people to fill in the questionnaires. Each returned form with contact details will be put into a prize draw. First prize:£25 shopping vouchers of your choice. Two runner-up prizes of £10 shopping vouchers of your choice. All information is confidential.
