Nice one, nice touch of reverb on the vocal too, is that just standard or is it a subtlety that you had to achieve on the mixing panel... I'm quite ignorant about recording.
After you sang this last Friaday (a week already, can't believe it) I had it in my head on Saturday... and Monday morning at work actually... good song. Though not as good as that I've pretty much written a song with what I think has a similar theme. It's more complex in that the verse and choruses are quite different (but the one leads on to the other reasonbly well I think) and then there's another three parts (almost songs in themselves) Well the outro I wouldn't call a song but more an instrumental.
Of all the ideas I've had, and that's many many fragments, this idea is really the only one that I've fairly coherently stitched together... though it needs a lot of work, lot's of layers... it's got all sorts of elements and influences, pretty formulaic I suppose but so far, as far as I'm aware, I've not directly plagarized, certainly not intentionally anyway.
